Australian Clutch Services Celebrates 30 Years

Australian Clutch Services have recently celebrated 30 years of operation supplying and manufacturing clutch kits and components for Australia and the world.

Founded on January 26th 1989, Australian Clutch Services have continued to expand due to a continued emphasis on quality, innovation and service. Australian Clutch Services' head office is still located in Adelaide, South Australia, but has moved from its original location in Torrensville to the industrial hub of Wingfield. The current offices, officially opened in 2007, is a purpose-built facility housing sales, research and development, manufacturing and warehousing. The organisation also has warehousing in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia as well as international warehouses in New Zealand, Poland, the UK and the USA.

Australian Clutch Services started out as Adelaide Clutch Services, rebuilding and servicing clutch kits and components for the South Australian market. The business quickly evolved and with changes to production processes as well as the implementation of the GST, ACS soon became a manufacturer and supplier of new clutch kits, accessories and components. The Xtreme Clutch and Xtreme Outback brands were added in to the range after it was determined there was a gap in the market for high quality performance kits for motorsport and street applications. These brands have continued to grow around the world due to the emphasis on excellent quality, performance and an extensive testing program in one of the best clutch research and development facilities in the world.

Today, Australian Clutch Services includes the ClutchPro, ClutchPro Commercial, Xtreme Clutch, Xtreme Outback, AG Clutch and Classic Clutch brands as well as the latest performance brand specifically for the US market, XClutch.
Australian Clutch Services continue to expand throughout the world and we look forward to continuing to providing the ultimate in quality, innovation and service to our customers around the globe.
